I went to Hendricks Northlake Lexus yesterday to have a computer update performed on my 2024 Lexus NX450h. Plus when I arrived my early my service advisor was still tied up with an earlier appointment. As computer update performed on my 2024 Lexus NX450h. As I stood there waiting, Ms. Sydney Kopser, the service advisor in the booth beside my scheduled advisor asked me if she could help. Clearly, I was not her responsibility, but rather than have me wait a few minutes, she immediately stepped up to try to assist. I was so impressed. And then is. She reviewed my service file. She noticed that I was within several hundred miles of needing my next regularly scheduled service. She made a couple of calls and was able to find someone in the service department to take on this unscheduled service in addition to the software update. In the process she saved me a great deal of time, by consolidating all of this work. Ms. Kopser is a tremendous credit the dealership and her willingness to go above and beyond is the kind of exemplary service that makes Hendricks North lake Lexus the only dealership where I would take my cars for service. Frankly, it is also this kind of positive attitude and efficiency that makes Hendricks Northlake my first stop for purchasing a car. So kudos to Sydney Kopser? More
Just took my 2025 RX350h in for the first 5,000-mile service at Hendrick Northlake. Sydney Kopser checked me in quickly and was a pleasure to talk to. I chose to wait in their very comfortable waiting area. The entire service took only 90 minutes including a discussion with their service manager that Sydney arranged about installing a trailer hitch. Lucas, the service tech, texted me a link to a video that showed everything he checked on the car. Matt in parts followed up with a call a day later to answer a question I had on the wiring of the trailer hitch. Great customer service all around! They washed my car, and I was on my way. Glad I purchased my Lexus from Hendrick Northlake. More
