Have now leased 2 SUVs here with the full maintenance package. So for the last 5 years, all good. Service reps: Rebecca, Lucian, Omar, Lorenzo all 5 stars. Recently took my SUV in for routine oil change, top off fluids. Service rep came to me in waiting room & asked if I'd seen the video from my tech, which I hadn't. Proceeded to tell me I needed new wipers, an HVAC clean-out, a fuel injector cleaning and by the way, I need two new tires ($883 just for the tires) which he happened to have in stock. Never felt pressured like that before with nine months remaining on my lease. Got the HVAC & fuel injectors done, passed on the others. Checked-out at 10:20a, get home and then received the video at 10:35. Is this a new policy, high pressure? Policy by a new service manager? Just a new service rep & tech? Never happened before, what's going on? More
