I recently took my 2025 NX 450 plus to Hendrick Lexus Northlake to have a diagnostic check performed. I was assigned to Jordan Carter, who is one of the service advisors. One of the highlights is that they will send you a video of the service summery from the mechanic that performed work on the vehicle. We have 2 Lexus vehicles which we purchase here and could not be more happy with the level of service from all the departments. Great service and excellent facilities. Mandi Padgett from the Parts.
