Poor customer service We purchased a CPO Lexus in August 2017. The car only had one key, so an another key had to be ordered. When the key came in, we were told that it wou We purchased a CPO Lexus in August 2017. The car only had one key, so an another key had to be ordered. When the key came in, we were told that it would take an hour to program it. We called ahead to let them know we would be there in an hour to an hour and a half, and asked that they call back if there would be any issues since the dealership is not conveniently located for us. We received no call, so we headed out. When we got there however, no one knew where the key was. Now, another key has to be ordered and we'll have to go back to have the key programmed. Although the dealership offered to come pick up the car, program the key and return the car, that's not an optimal solution either. It may save us time, but puts additional miles on the car that we'd rather not have. It was a waste of our time and expense. Completely inconsiderate of the dealership. Will not be back!! More

Shady sales agents and poor customer service 3x Lexus owner was about to be a fouth. Be aware of shady sales agents here. Stay on your guard with these guys. They will resort to unethical sales tactics to get you in the door and when you bring it to their attention will basically do nothing. The service department is excellent. No issues there. Lexus is a great product, these guys are unfortunately on the low end of Lexus customer service realm. There are far better dealerships out there. My advice after my experience is to do yourself a huge favor and look at other dealerships to make your purchase. More

Danielle Garcia was polite, patient, and extremely helpful on assisting me find the perfect vehicle for my everyday need. She spent more than half of her day working with me and my wife from choosing the right model, exterior/interior colors, and never once forgot to check if needed any refreshment. She never once got annoyed with my indecisive personality. Overall the best car buying experience. Not once I feel pressure to make any decision I could regret. Will definitely do business again in the future. More
