My Terrible Purchase Experience Ordered a car from this dealership; was told it would take 2 to 3 months; it took 5 and the initial car they received was wrong. I told them the car was wrong, they insisted it was the car I wanted. I showed them the email they had sent me 4 months ago to prove to them that it was the wrong car. They acquired another car that I wanted but it took another month. The financing experience was just as bad. I waited several hours while their printers were down. Finally, I signed the paperwork but they got the VIN on my trade wrong, had to sign another set. 2 days later, they called me back; had to sign another set because the second set were not printed well enough for the bank. It took them over a month to pay off my trade because they misplaced the paperwork. Is there a lower setting than 1 star? More
