After getting to the dealership at 6 pm on a busy Friday, we were on our way home in our new Lexus UXh 2 hours later. This couldn’t have been done without our incredible sales advisor, Sherif Labib (who also does the finance “paperwork”), the fantastic managers, Ed and Kevin, delivery specialist, Brooke, and the entire Hendrick Lexus Northlake team. Sherif is truly a sales advisor rather than sales person in that he cares about his guests and their needs instead of just making the sale. The entire team made us feel welcome and special.
