My 2007 Mini Cooper had a severe oil leak brought on by Firestone Complete Auto Care, Mooresville, NC whose tech Josh damaged the oil plug, the severe oil leak was the outcome. I contacted Hendrick Mini and they took my Cooper in very soon. The services they provided to get my car back on the road went above and beyond and I will continue my car's service and maintenance with them. They are well worth the 1-hour drive. The Service Manager, Eric Snyder and my service advisor, Zac Newhouse are both excellent, Zac is my go-to from now on. More
Hendrick has always treated us well, from our first BMW and then a Mercedes, to our current Mini Cooper. The Hendrick Mini crew is very polite and communication is excellent. The biggest reason for my 5-Star review is the high level of service I received AFTER the sale was already completed. After picking up the vehicle, we found some additional software needed to be activated. My salesman Sean stayed in communication with me, and had the service department reach out to me to schedule a time to return to the dealership. The software issue was resolved in under 2 hours and the car is now perfect. Sean even made a point to check-in on things while he was on vacation! My experience in Finance was also great and extremely transparent. Thank you Cody! I will definitely make the drive back to Charlotte to for my maintenance needs. While there are other MINI dealers in North Carolina, if you’re in the market for one, make the drive to Charlotte. They’ll take great care of you. More
