I brought my car in because the last time my oil was changed at the dealership they put my oil plug back on to tight and my husband who normally does my maintenance oil changes couldn’t get it off. I already had my oil and filter so they changed my oil and put me a new plug in and only charged me half of what it normally would have cost. They did it all in under an hour. Thank again Trent. More

The first time I looked and drove a Subaru from Hendricks were talking to Paul Patrick. We drove an Outback. While we were running we asked a lot of questions. He answered us very well. When we got back fro were talking to Paul Patrick. We drove an Outback. While we were running we asked a lot of questions. He answered us very well. When we got back from the road we told him we wanted to think and check out a few things. We checked out what we were talking about but didn't buy the car. On the way out he caught up with us and gave us more information. We came back a year later with the paperwork with his name on them. The staff went and got him. We showed him the car we were looking at online. Paul Patrick took us to the lot where the car was. We took the car out. The Outback was everything he said it was. We bought the car. This was 2019 but it is a 2020 car. We now have 130,000 miles on. It has taken us where we wanted to go. Thanks. More
