We’ve been with Hendrick for over a decade and have now purchased two vehicles from them and done all our maintenance through them as well. The staff are kind and we have always had good experiences with having our Forester serviced. But our most recent Subaru purchase was not so pleasant to say the least. Time felt wasted, and there was “miscommunication” between sales, finance, and managers kept occurring. Prices that were agreed to were changed last minute as if testing if we were paying attention. When the prices were corrected it was simply blamed on miscommunications. We are a Subaru family and will always pick a Subaru. But my confidence in this dealership is now dwindling and we may take our Subaru needs to other dealerships in the future who do not have issues I experienced while making this car purchase. Few people would describe purchasing a vehicle as a pleasant experience but I would want to give a dealership that makes me feel appreciated for my trust in them with a second vehicle purchase return the favor with managing a deal in a trustworthy manner.
