Michael Benton reacted to my walk-in issue immediately. He listened patiently as I described the loss of a post earring - hoping it was under the driver’s seat. I was thinking taking the seat out to search might be necessary. He walked me to my car and did a thorough search that a consumer would not be able to do. He was pleasant, asked good questions and did and clearly explained his approach. Unfortunately the earring was not there. While the search was ultimately unsuccessful - I left Hendrick Toyota knowing we had now tried every avenue in the search for the lost jewelry. Thank you Michael - I felt respected in my experience.
