Visited June 20, 2020. Always get treated well and the service is excellent. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I was shocked at the lack of Covid awareness and management and staff does noth service is excellent. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I was shocked at the lack of Covid awareness and management and staff does nothing to encourage others to do the same. The showroom floor was packed (50+). Salespeople sitting at small tables with families of 2-4, leaning into each other to discuss the terms of sale while passing around a single pen. Two young receptionists at the front desk, sitting shoulder to shoulder, looking at one computer screen. Next to the coffee machine is a paper cup with unwrapped wooden stirrers stacked inside. Someone had to handle those first. Do you think they wore gloves? I saw one hand sanitizer unit. If there were more they were not obviously placed. Only the Service Advisors checking cars in had masks on and about 4 customers. Toyota should try harder to pretend they are following NC State Guidelines and appear less eager for a sale no matter the cost More

It’s TIME SERIVE FOR NEW HIGHLANDER Even though I have had the vehicle for 6 months and only 1700 miles it was time for my first service. Jennifer served as my lead. I had booked the ap Even though I have had the vehicle for 6 months and only 1700 miles it was time for my first service. Jennifer served as my lead. I had booked the appointment on line with no issues. Arriving was quick and easy and waited for my car in the waiting area. The waiting area I was glad to see has been expanded so there is plenty of social distancing space available as about 75%of the customers were masked. I was there about an hour plus and it is great to get your first 2 years of maintenance service free. Jennifer came and got me and I was off in my freshly washed vehicle. More

I have a service contract on my car, I have been going to Hendricks Toyota of Wilmington NC since 2016. It has progressively got worse with their customer service and the long waits, that constantly get long Hendricks Toyota of Wilmington NC since 2016. It has progressively got worse with their customer service and the long waits, that constantly get longer each visit. Granted I did have a recall also on this visit, but from the time when they came to let me know my car was done to the time I actually left the lot was another 45 minutes. I went to find out if I could get out of my last couple services and just get reimbursed so I did not have to come back, which was another complete waste of my time. I was told it wouldn't be a problem but when the young gentleman looked into it (I believe his name was Josh, but not completely sure) he stated that it had expired so he would have to look into it. I stated to him "probably because I don't drive the car often and there is a long time between services" he agreed, but he did take my name and phone number and he stated he would call me THAT DAY and let me know my options. I still have not received a call back, at this point I think I will cut my losses. My time is more important to me then losing the money on a couple of oil changes and not waste time going back again. I know people say this all the time I do not like to complain but I purchased two vehicles in 2016 from Hendricks Toyota and the dealership has greatly gone down in service since 2016, and that will definitely deter me from purchasing from them again. I have been in the service industry for 36 years so I know my comments will fall on deaf ears, but it does make me feel better that I have got this off my chest. Thank you More
