Unexpected trouble Oil change service plus air bag recall we were told about after we arrived. Our dash slide out cup holder was out when we arrived. We closed it as we left but it stuck in and wouldn’t open. We wentback in service door. They looked at it , pushed it hard several times and it opened. Tried several more times and it opened and closed.. while traveling home we closed it and it stuck closed again. Only if you push very hard does it open. Not knowing if this is in air bag area where they worked, but it is not right that we are having problems with it now. Also had to replace all lug nuts as we were told they have all become larger for some reason. $100 I am not happy about. More

I love that you can go on Saturday morning and drop your vehicle off to get servi I went to Hendrick Toyota early Saturday morning in Wilmington, NC. I love that you can go on Saturday morning and drop your vehicle off to get serviced. I was met by Keith Sullivan who checked in my truck. I was explaining what was going on and he was confident that he knew what it was. I left my truck there to be checked out. When Keith called after the technician had checked out my truck he was right about what the problem was. I was given a quote and my truck was repaired that same day. I will always go back to Hendrick Toyota for repairs on my truck. Keith was fantastic and I am confident with the quality of the repairs. Thank you so much. More

General service good Customer service employees polite and helpful. I do have to question the quality of actual service being performed when they always over torque wheel Customer service employees polite and helpful. I do have to question the quality of actual service being performed when they always over torque wheel lugs on every service visit. This lack of either technical knowledge or poor maintenance attitude can easily cause excessive pad wear and contribute to warped rotors. This is a plus to the dealership with increased sales of parts and machining of rotors. Have brought this issue up to Service Managers on past occasions with no apparent resolution. Have had to use a breaker bar to loosen some lugs whereas some were hand tight as well. Have to carry my own torque wrench so I can check and properly retorque the lugs on my Tundra and RAV. For customers solely depending on the integrity of the dealership to perform quality maintenance, they could end up with additional expenses and issues actually caused by ongoing faulty maintenance activities.
