Just what i wanted! Enjoyed my experience with the purchase of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma SRD sport. The color and model is just what I was looking for. I did have to drive the one hour + to arrive there but I think it was worth it. One thing I wish the Dealer/Toyota had was Military discounts for retired members. This was a little disappointing. I also wish I could have met the Sales Manager first hand as the salesman had to run back and forth to receive approvals. I believe I had received a good deal but you always question yourself after all the papers were signed. I think the sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. More

The only thing I found irritating with the experience was that, after I first contacted Bill, I told him I had to wait until I had clear title on one of my cars, which may take up to 6 weeks. After my initial visit, I got at least four phone calls from other sales people and was inundated with email from either the dealership itself or other salespeople. My husband had just died, and this flood of insistence felt like I was drowning. At least three unwanted and unnecessary phone calls were made to me specifically where the person told me they would put me on some list that would stem these calls and emails. More

Everyone at Toyota always make you feel welcome. My sales consultants name was Dharma Leggett. I think he’s one of the best consultants I’ve ever dealt with. Great sales person, patient and kind. 1st service call on new C-HR Kept getting message that the EPB system off and needed maintenance -also had 9500 - so was ready for 10,000 mile check up anyway, made the appointmen Kept getting message that the EPB system off and needed maintenance -also had 9500 - so was ready for 10,000 mile check up anyway, made the appointment time - got there - they took it in - said they'd get it ASAP - (no mention -then - that they were already 2 hours behind schedule) - I sat for 4 1/2 hours and when Kyle came to get me - it was to say that there were too many codes going on and they couldn't take the time to fix and I'd have to come back the next day. But not before telling me that where I had purchased the car - 2 other cars came back from there and maybe wasn't a good place to buy cars - that it might have been flooded and that's why I got a good deal. AND by the way - if it was flooded then my warranty was voided as well. REALLY???? Gave me a car to drive home - by now it's almost 4:30 PM - been here since 11 AM. OK - so I get a phone call first thing next morning - that my car was ready - REALLY?? so quick - what was wrong? "OH, there was a recall on the EPB system= emergency brake - but I didn't see it until after you left and I was putting it in again." You got to be kidding me - So you could have fixed it yesterday if you would have seen the recall and I wouldn't have had to come back (it's 75 miles round trip) today? I've wasted 2 days for a couple min fix - on a recall !!!!! His Answer - "yep, pretty much, I'm sorry, I made a mistake" - which I did appreciate him owning it. So was it a good experience?? - should I have given you a POOR rating instead of GOOD- yep - but everyone is entitled to a 2nd chance - we'll see when I have another service call.and we'll see if anyone even reads this review. More
