i cannot say enough about the great experience i had with this dealership, and particularly my salesman judah. this young man was so patient with me, i came to them after a being treated terribly at the deal this dealership, and particularly my salesman judah. this young man was so patient with me, i came to them after a being treated terribly at the dealership in jacksonville. judah promised me that he would work with me to get me in what i was looking for within my budget. i would give him 10 stars if it were available on here. he not only delivered, but was a human being to me when i had questions or didn't understand something. i must admit i had some anxiety about a new vehicle, and wasn't having the best of weeks to begin with. he not once was arrogant, belittling, or pushy as was my experience at the other place. i have to say as a business owner myself, he is just great at his job. which in todays world you don't find often. along with his impressive patience, he got me an awesome deal, that i can afford, and did i mention I LOVE MY FJ CRUISER! i just have to add as a parent, everyone in there was wonderful to my very excited 4 year old. that itself impressed me as well. she was never treated like an innconveinience. I have always had good service from this dealership, going on 4 years now. The staff is friendly and my problems are always fixed. Their waiting room is spacious and they have taxi service if you don' going on 4 years now. The staff is friendly and my problems are always fixed.
