The Best! I was having trouble finding the used vehicle I wanted in my price range. My salesman, Thomas Posey, was the best salesman I've ever had (and since th I was having trouble finding the used vehicle I wanted in my price range. My salesman, Thomas Posey, was the best salesman I've ever had (and since the previous week I feel like all I did was talk to car salesman, that's saying something!). He was knowledgeable, courteous, polite and super friendly. He also admitted if he wasn't sure of something and would double check with his manager to make sure he was correct - something many people won't do! Probably the best thing was that he wasn't a "pushy" salesman! He listened to what I wanted and strived to achieve that. Even if I hadn't purchased my vehicle, I'd have given him a 5 star rating for how great he made the experience! The fact that he bent over backwards to get me my dream vehicle AND in my price range was icing on the cake. Thank you so much for everything - I'd recommend Hendrick Toyota to anyobe!! Enjoy your Tahoe! We drove here on a Sunday after driving to multiple different Toyota dealerships. We knew what we were looking for and wanted. Easy enough right? Fred We drove here on a Sunday after driving to multiple different Toyota dealerships. We knew what we were looking for and wanted. Easy enough right? Fred helped us locate the sequoia that was perfect and started paper work. My issue isn’t with our sales person it was with the finance managers that day. When we told them we needed 1500 more for our car so we weren’t 15k upside down and to meet us in the middle or even work with us because we we’re about to spend 70k on a truck they refused. They told our sales guys to walk out and say “enjoy your Tahoe” since this is what we were previously entertaining. Even giving them another opportunity as we were walking about that we would have talked if they would have just tried to come down $1k - FUNNY thing is we just bought a BRAND NEW sequoia TRD sport premier (although it wasn’t black) it was the same truck. So for all those that think a customer is being difficult or you don’t want to work it? I would highly suggest taking a step back and rethinking. They just lost a 70k deal over ONE statement. More

Service Department Took my Camry in to have my brakes prepared to have the job done. While there I test drove a 4Runner and when I returned to the dealership I told the salesman I was going to check on my Camry. When I entered the service area the Service tech saw me and said I have been looking for you. We walked over to her desk and she handed me the paperwork for my visit and said you car does not need to have the brakes serviced at this time. I have been to many other shops that would have automatically did the brake job knowing I was anticipating it. I was pleasantly surprised at this show of integrity. I bought the Camry new from Hendrick Toyota and have had ALL of the service work done there. I highly recommend this dealership. They show a high degree of professionalism and integrity. More
