Great teamwork and great deal! I took my Toyota Yaris in for its annual servicing and while I was waiting I inquired about the iA which had high ratings by Consumer Reports. Daisy I took my Toyota Yaris in for its annual servicing and while I was waiting I inquired about the iA which had high ratings by Consumer Reports. Daisy was assigned to me and she was a real treasure. We looked at the available iAs, talked about the price and trade-in value of my other car, and the deal was so good I decided to 'go for it''. Daisy then proceeded to acclimate me to my new car, setting up my cell phone to the communication system, showing me what all the buttons meant, gassing it up, and basically helping me with anything and everything. It was fun! The rest of the team was also very helpful and knowledgable. Skip helped me through all the paperwork. He really knows what he is doing and was great about explaining complexities to me. All in all, everyone on the team knew what they were doing and were very helpful. It was a very positive experience! More
