We had done a lot of research and knew what car/options we wanted. We had visited a dealership in Raleigh, but were very disappointed in their customer service approach. We were in Southport for a long weekend and decided to check out Toyotas in Wilmington. Judah met us in the parking lot and after listening to want we wanted, he found the car that met our needs. He was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond helping with Satellite radio and service appointments. I would highly recommend Judah to anyone looking to buy a car. More

It is the cost for doing business. We don't like being coerced into paying at least 4 months on a loan so the financial officer gets "his cut". This is why we marked 4 on two of your questions. This was my first new car purchase in 12 years and I put a great deal of effort into researching my options and finding a good deal. I spoke with many dealerships throughout Raleigh and other areas, in search of a specific color combo on a new Highlander. I was dissapointed by many of their approaches and pushy attitudes. On a whim, we looked into the Wilmington Toyota dealership and found exactly what we wanted!!! We used to live in Wilmington & actually bought my husband's Forerunner from there 6 years ago, so we were happy to become repeat customers! Chris Radefeld was our sales consultant and did a GREAT job! He was extremely helpful and willing to work with us to meet our needs. His friendly, calm attitude put us at ease and made the process more comfortable! Buying a car can certainly be stressful, and he made it enjoyable.
