Rodger Bookall was my contact. I had an appointment for 10:45 for scheduled maintenance, which consisted only of rotating tires. He asked when I wanted to pick up my vehicle and I I had an appointment for 10:45 for scheduled maintenance, which consisted only of rotating tires. He asked when I wanted to pick up my vehicle and I said 1 o’clock, knowing that they can be busy. He said no problem since it was only rotating tires. I arrived at 1:30 and it was not done. He said 5 more minutes. It wasn’t done until 1:45, three hours after my appointment. Three hours to rotate tires and two blown deadlines. This is similar to my last experience with Rodger less than a week ago. More
