Yesterday I received delivery of my 4Runner, the culmination of a very pleasant buying experience at Hendrick Toyota. I worked with Phillip Zan throughout the process and found him to be eminently culmination of a very pleasant buying experience at Hendrick Toyota. I worked with Phillip Zan throughout the process and found him to be eminently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phillip was very attentive to my interests and questions. We communicated predominantly via text which was convenient for me, Phillip responded quickly and arranging visits was easy. I made multiple visits while considering my purchase, Phillip was waiting for me at arrival and well prepared for each visit with exactly the vehicles and information I requested. I appreciated he engaged in no pressure tactics but allowed me time and space to process my options. Once I made a decision, Phillip located the exact vehicle with my desired color, trim, accessories, and service package. Makenzie Barnes provided approval for our negotiations, she kindly introduced herself which was a very nice personal touch. We negotiated a price to my satisfaction and delivery occurred sooner than I expected. Phillip introduced me to staff in the service department where Greg Spangler kindly and helpfully answered my questions. In finance, I worked with Eric Coble who made the process efficient and painless. Again, no pressure tactics for additional warranty or service packages but a thoughtful and succinct explanation of my various options for extended coverage and services. I would be pleased to work with any of these folks in the future- overall, an exceptional experience. Oh, and the 4Runner is an absolutely beautiful beast! So handsome and a joy to drive! My teen said “It’s a tank!” when he saw it at delivery.😆 More
