February 6, 2024 Last Friday I set up an appointment with Jewel Reina to view and to test drive a used Avalon Hybrid Limited which I subsequently purchased. My sales consultant, John Hanshaw, was person with Jewel Reina to view and to test drive a used Avalon Hybrid Limited which I subsequently purchased. My sales consultant, John Hanshaw, was personable and empathetic upon hearing that my own Avalon was totaled in a rear end collision. I, obviously knew the selling points of the vehicle. But John answered my questions regarding warrant thoroughly and explained all the invoice fees. He also consulted with management enabling me to purchase the car (cash sale) before I received my insurance settlement.All I had to do was provide a personal check which they would hold Plus. he and an associate delivered the car to my home. Every person I came in contact with, from intake, to reception, to John in sales, and Tom Posey in finance was professional and hospitable. They listen. Hendrick is a first class operation. And, I will use the service department again. Although they serviced my previous Avalon two times, I consider them competent and honest. Angela Miller More
