She is also very knowledgeable about the trims and features of specific vehicles which is adds to the experience as well as having excellent communication skills throughout the process. Hendrick gives me better value than other dealers I have worked with in the past. Daisy in finance is super friendly and makes that process smooth as silk as well. Also the service dept as well as parts are competent and welcoming in the few interactions I have had with them. Overall everyone here seems to enjoy their job and the energy here is pleasant which translates into an awesome experience as a customer.
