If you’re planning to have your vehicle serviced or repaired, I would avoid working with Haley. In my experience, she was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Rather than addressing the vehicle’s issue repaired, I would avoid working with Haley. In my experience, she was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Rather than addressing the vehicle’s issues, she consistently blames Volkswagen New technology instead of thoroughly investigating the problem. Customer service should be respectful and focused on finding solutions, and unfortunately, that was not my experience More
