Bryce was our service advisor and this was my very first visit to the Volvo dealership after purchasing a 2013 from a used car lot. I know for a fact I would not have been treated a bit different if I had j visit to the Volvo dealership after purchasing a 2013 from a used car lot. I know for a fact I would not have been treated a bit different if I had just purchased a brand new one from them. Time estimate was perfect, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. The technician, Alex Pinero, even sent us a two minute video showing everything from above and underneath highlighting everything that was in our report. I appreciate the level of detail that was included. Even gave it a wash before handing her back over to me. Looking forward to my next visit! More
