Overpromise and Underdeliver . As an individual who lives locally in Charleston and owned around 40 cars I have had a lot of relationships with dealers. We bought locally to support the community we live in. We bought a VOLVO because of the safety aspect of the car. We purchased a CPO XC90 dealer demo. After we drove the car home and detailed it (they did not have it cleaned before we bought it) we noticed that the fender had been repainted poorly. We called and ask them to take a look and they said they would get it fixed. Upon returning they did not fix it correctly and told us at your next service bring it back and we will repaint it. When we brought the car in for its first service and reminded them of what the manager told us they said because we did not have it in writing they would not honor it. We then went to the sales manager and general manager who both told us thank you for your business but we can not help. I have been in business 8 years in real estate and sold hundreds of homes. If I tell someone I am going to do something I follow through. I am very disappointed in Hendrick Volvo. Taylor Charpia More

He assured me there was just the right car for me and he showed me the s60 in the showroom that I loved right away. After a short time, I had the bottom line which was right within my reach. The deal was sealed and the financial arrangments went quickly. I was on my way home with the car of my dreams. I love Volvo , have owned 3 previously, but I’m now retired and being careful with my financial choices. More
