Excellent Service with friendly staff. Hendrick Volvo's team was well informed and if there were any issues brought it up to me immediately with printouts of the cost o with friendly staff. Hendrick Volvo's team was well informed and if there were any issues brought it up to me immediately with printouts of the cost of each service and let me decide if I wanted to go ahead or get it done somewhere else. Most repair shops do not give you handouts to show what everything will cost which is extremely helpful. Also, Virgil Smith was an excellent service advisor who is highly qualified and wants to make sure that you get the best service possible. More

They lie. When I bought the Volvo they added on closing fees. When I protested I was told it was mandatory and everyone is charged. I was shown a plaque about closing costs and was repeatedly lied to. I contacted the BBB about being forced to pay this and the pressure tactic used on me. BBB told me that the fee was not in fact mandatory. The plaque shown to me was how much can be charged, not that is was mandatory. This was just another way to increase their profit margin. BBB explained my option was to walk away.. The dealer had no signs or guidelines so the consumer is not blindsided. I've been in for service with the car and have been pleased with how I've been treated. The sales and service are managed completely different. The sales person was there and wouldn't make eye contact. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer or other Hendrick related dealers. More
