Ronnie Odegaard , our Service Adviser, kept us informed, clearly explaining the issue, advising us as to cost, and advising us of the estimated time to make the repair. Ive been looking at Volvos for several years now, and after relocating from the PNW back to the beach for Military assignment, it was time for a new car!
