We purchased a new Volvo back in February of 2022. The vehicle is great. Part of the sales pitch - and subsequent service - had to do with the service and warranty. We were promised that when service was necessary - they would pick up our car, we would have a loaner vehicle and that any service would not be inconvenient, as the dealership is 45 minutes from our house. Of course, less than one year later when we schedule the service that we by the way, paid in advance for - were informed that "oh, we no longer do that". So 1 star. The car is very nice. Bait and switch on the service. More
