Martin sold us a brand new XC60 in May of this year and in October someone hit me head on because they fell asleep at the wheel. It was a nasty wreck and I am so thankful I was in my Volvo. I LOVED it and was so upset it was totaled 4 months into ownership. I assumed it would take weeks to find the right one again (given the chip shortage issue/inventory issue) I've heard some awful stories about people not being able to get vehicles right now. I called Martin again and asked for his help and almost instantly he found me the exact same vehicle! Same exterior color, interior color, etc. We're picking it up soon and I am beyond thankful to Martin and the entire team at Hendrick Volvo cars for their help. I didn't anticipate being a repeat customer so soon but I'm glad I got help from the best team (again!).
