Came in to redeem the service and the manager was a dick and the "free detail" would have been performed better by a light breeze. The car was still filthy on the outside and they didn't bother to remove the multiple sticker residue spots on the windows, and they did not bother to vacuum the carpet or seats, but rather just put the floor mats over dirty carpet. It is safe to say they were really nice when they needed one last sale for the quarter, but immediately regressed to the being argumentative deceitful xxxxx like their partners at Rick Hendricks BMW the second they got what they wanted. As soon as we signed the papers it was apparent they were no longer interested in being nice or helpful, and certainly did not care about fulfilling their part of the deal. Be forewarned. More
