My experience was great. I was there for my appt time. Filled out paperwork. Dropped my car off. Turned over keys, and received keys to the rental. I was headed back to work i I was there for my appt time. Filled out paperwork. Dropped my car off. Turned over keys, and received keys to the rental. I was headed back to work in less than 30 minutes. Informed of the status of vehicle and I gave them a time I would be able to pick it up. Got there on time and was out in less than 10 minutes. Express check out was Great!!! More

Horrible customer service I went here to do a diagnostic was told it would be $137.80 Cynthia then came back and told me the wiring in my truck was outta tack and she didn’t re I went here to do a diagnostic was told it would be $137.80 Cynthia then came back and told me the wiring in my truck was outta tack and she didn’t recommend I drive it ,they would get me a Uber ,she told me my truck was throwing to many codes and they needed more time to look at it ,the price went up to $285.60 for a diagnostic test and she still couldn’t tell me what the codes were.when I went to pay I had no paperwork on what the diagnostic said ,when asked she told me oh sal never put it in the system.come to find out it was only the one code P0158 the same reason I brought it there !!!Them she had attitude because I queitoned it ,she has very poor customer service skills and then had a nerve to say a customer was lying about her condition of her vechile. I would not recommend this place at all !!!! More
