I purchased a used 2023 CT5 V Series in December with 11000 miles on it. From the time I purchased and before I mentioned low pressure in one of the tires and just kept getting the Oh its ok, they fluct 11000 miles on it. Long story short, I don’t believe it was certified as they said, tire blew out on I 75 on a trip out of state, only drove it to and from work up to this point, towed to a Cadillac dealership and replaced the blown tire and also the passenger rear tire as just from that trip it was completely bald all around the middle of the tire. So had the car for 3 months at this point $1200 spent on tires, balance and alignment that lit up mostly all read before they realigned it. Now this could have happened just driving back and forth to work every day, at least that is my opinion….3 weeks later, front passenger tire keeps going low, so took it yesterday to get checked and oil changed, along with normal service. 18500 miles at this point, asked the to just put 2 new tires on the front and make sure everything is good, that way I now have 4 new tires and shouldn’t have to worry. They did all the service and said everything was good. I asked for a before and after print out of the alignment so I could see it was good and that it was in fact completed and they forgot the printer was broken ( apparently that’s the only printer they have), said they would email it and never received it. Woke up the morning and left for the day and my tire pressure in that front tire was down to 31, hit in it after work, down to 25 pressure. Left and put air in it, called Hennessy Duluth and let them know what happened and they said we can fit you in Saturday…..like xxx??? I just spent almost $1000 there yesterday and told everything was good, so I stopped at a family owned tire store I have dealt with for years and asked if they could quickly check it for me and to my surprise my wheel is cracked and would have been clearly visible to whoever put the new tires on as the black was chipped off and was white. I am almost certain and this is my opinion that this was like this from the time of purchase in Mid-December and I was never told. I should not have had to spend $2300 on a car I owned for 4 months that was supposedly certified and everything was good at service yesterday. Shame on you Hennessy for taking advantage of someone who said repeatedly they needed to make sure they had a reliable car with no worries and that this would be a great car for me. More

There was no one in the service area when I arrived for my appointment so a guy told me to wait. I sat for a while and another guy that was already standing there finally asked me have I been helped. Please do not waste your time with this dealership especially the service department!!! Bought a 2018 XT5 in January, working with salesman Joey! I literally had to take this car back 5 times for the especially the service department!!! Bought a 2018 XT5 in January, working with salesman Joey! I literally had to take this car back 5 times for the same issue.. Brakes and inoperable sunroof. Each time I was told the problem was resolved. The car still shakes when stopping.. now I’m told I need Rotors! I was told this was a common problems with “ those type of cars”. Within 4 months two sunroof motors installed. I truly believe this car was a recent trade without the proper inspection and I was just throw into this deal. They so convincing by giving you a carfax report. Please by pass this place! Looking to trade… don’t care to be a Cadillac owner. A brand that I once loved! More
Stay Far AWAY from Hennessy Cadilac in Duluth!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING A CPO vehicle from them. They lie about the coverage and can’t tell you what’s covered. I talked to the manager Loyld and and he said he has work there for 22 years and doesn’t even have in writing what’s covered. You over pay for horrible service and they can’t even fix the problem with their own cars. Stay away, you have been warned!!! More
