If I could give minus stars I definitely would.! I have owned Cadillac cars as have my father and I have never been treated so bad as a customer. I relocated from California and had always received top notch service from Cadillac dealerships and if something wasn’t right they’d make it a point to make sure it was. Hennessy Cadillac from my first encounter has been disappointing. I went to get my XTS serviced and had issues with the service department. I went to purchase a car and had issues and was so upset and disappointed that I went to another dealership 40 miles from my home to purchase a 2019 XT5. They treated me as if I was a peasant. I didn’t learn from my past 2 experiences and made the bad decision of going to get my first service done ( oil change and tire rotation) what could possibly go wrong right? WRONG! To anyone that is going to have service done on their car to read the reviews because I’m not the only person that has complained. Service and sales ! Be warned! I go twice as far to have my services done and will never purchase a car from this sad excuse for a Cadillac dealership. More
