Dwaylon Cunningham was exceptional in his handling of my SUV issues. Dropped off the vehicle for a number of minor recall items, but also had an intermittent issue with "Transmission Not In Park" notice. SUV issues. Also had a leak in the tailgate frame causing water to pool in the spare wheel well. Dwaylon was able to address all of the issues and went beyond in trying to see if the leak/frame issue could be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, it could not, but otherwise, the service and communication were above the normal you would expect at a dealership. I will definitely be taking my SUV back to him. More
