A few days before my appointment, I decided to add some additional work to the original order, and Jeff was able to accommodate the changes without issue. On the day of the appointment, he greeted me, arranged a ride home for me, and kept me updated on the progress of the service. My car was ready ahead of time, and Jeff walked me through the fixes to ensure I was satisfied. He's a rock star! I'm so impressed w/ him and the service guys at Hennessy Ford. More

Ray helped me find the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted in a hassle-free, no-pressure sale. I was considering the Explorer, the F150, the Ranger, and the Edge; Ray listened to my needs and recommended the vehicle and options to meet those needs. I then worked with Carlos on the financing paperwork. Carlos talked me through the options for financing and maintenance programs, and he made me feel welcomed and valued in what could have been a dry, impersonal transaction otherwise. Great service experience! I had a wonderful experience with the Hennessy service department. My 2015 Lincoln MKC started experiencing some shifting issues, and I reached out to I had a wonderful experience with the Hennessy service department. My 2015 Lincoln MKC started experiencing some shifting issues, and I reached out to their service department regarding the issue. The valet service was excellent, and a service valet brought me a loaner car and took my personal car to the shop for service. So convenient! The issue was confirmed to be a powertrain issue and was covered under warranty. It did take awhile for the parts to come in, but my advisor (Eric Davis) did a wonderful job keeping me up-to-date with the status of my repairs. We had a few bumps along the way as the repairs were being made, but he made sure I was fully informed and was comfortable with my loaner car while waiting for the repairs to be completed. Even when he had no news to report, he kept in touch just so I would that things were indeed progressing. In addition, they diagnosed another issue that I had not even noticed yet and completed those repairs under warranty as well. I will definitely use them for any future service needs, and I can highly recommend the Lincoln valet service and specifically their advisor Eric Davis. More
