I also reached out to my salesman Jonathan Chambers and he assured me that everything is going to be okay and that service will take care of me. because my vehicle was there for several hours the courier service took me to work and pick me up after work. the cashier was polite, so my experience was a pleasant one. Service Absolutely the worst service shop I have been to. Held my truck for a week before they diagnosed it. They were gonna charge $1000 for parts and labor. I have asked them several times for a loner car, they consistently tell me they do not have one. You mean to tell me this large dealership does not have 1 car that I can even use for one day! Just to help me out ? Well I am about to start my third week without my car and have no clue and neither do they even know when I will get it back. Their communication is very minimal and they move very slow. When I had a Mozda I never had any issues with them or their service. People please save your money and your time, don’t buy Or have your car serviced at Ford especially From Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta 5675 peachtree industrial blvd location to be exact, you will be disappointed every time! -5 stars is more of an appropriate rating. Great buying experience After doing all my research online and deciding exactly what I wanted, I contacted Hennessy Ford at 7:40pm through an add on Autotrader and/or carguru After doing all my research online and deciding exactly what I wanted, I contacted Hennessy Ford at 7:40pm through an add on Autotrader and/or carguru about a price for a 2018 F150 that was far better than the competitors nationwide. The sales agent, Bill Plachter, contacted me back prior to closing and let me know that truck was coming in that night. He had the truck cleaned up and ready for me to see after work the next evening along with all the records. Within an hour of arrival we had closed the deal. No pressure sales and the price with tax, title and fees was exactly what he stated on the phone. Without any pressure sales, I also chose a 4 year/60k mile extended warranty through Ford. Excellent experience. More
