Ray helped me find the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted in a hassle-free, no-pressure sale. I was considering the Explorer, the F150, the Ranger, and the Edge; Ray listened to my needs and recommended the vehicle and options to meet those needs. I then worked with Carlos on the financing paperwork. Carlos talked me through the options for financing and maintenance programs, and he made me feel welcomed and valued in what could have been a dry, impersonal transaction otherwise.
