Great Experience, Great People Great Deal!!! I did a lot of research before purchasing my pre-owned 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I test drove a Frontier but I had gotten some very positive feedback about I did a lot of research before purchasing my pre-owned 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I test drove a Frontier but I had gotten some very positive feedback about Toyota (which I've never owned), so I had pretty much decided on the Tacoma, even before driving it. The car was smooth as silk with power to spare. I probably looked at 40 cars using Autotrader.com, and narrowed it down to just a few. The pricing and mileage were right on this one. I don't usually like visiting dealerships, but this place had the advantage, because they had priced this car to sell. My sales rep, Bill Plachter, was cordial, attentive and a good listener. I liked the car immediately. I got what I wanted for my trade--in fact they were eager to buy my car, even though I had about 25% to put down on the purchase. I was a little disappointed that there was only 1 set of keys, but Bill contacted the seller, who was able to locate the other set of keys and dropped them by. That was a couple of days AFTER the sale. A lot of folks would not have followed through to help, but Bill kept his word and that matters a lot. Aaron Santana got financing through BOA that was a half a point lower than what my own bank, Chase, was offering. I would definitely use these people again! More
