I traded a 2016 Lincoln Navigator still under warranty, for a 2017 Lincoln Navigator with 7 months of factory warranty remaining. When we were discussing trades, i was told there was 2 Key fobs with this v for a 2017 Lincoln Navigator with 7 months of factory warranty remaining. When we were discussing trades, i was told there was 2 Key fobs with this vehicle. When i returned to take delivery, i was given only one, which was missing the key insert to lock glove compartment. I was told that by Blake, that he would try and locate the 2nd key, and if unable to do so, would mail me a new one. I stressed that i needed it asap, and was told it would be handled quickly. Upon arriving home , after parking in garage, i went to power fold the outsde mirrors, but the drivers mirror would not fold. The car was marked as is, but still having factory warranty, i believe this should have been caught and repaired before delivery to anyone. I normally try to buy lical, but i have been looking for a white Navigator and we decided to purchase. An over 40k, deal WITH remaining factory warranty on your flagship brand should have been repaired. More

Very weak service experience. They held on to my car for over a week for just a routine service. Follow up was non-existent and I had to call in multiple times for an update, even after they told me they wo over a week for just a routine service. Follow up was non-existent and I had to call in multiple times for an update, even after they told me they would reach back out. Come to find out they forgot to reset the change oil sensor last time I took it in so it didn’t even need an oil change. Instead of offering to wash the car as a courtesy for dragging their feet and wasting my time they essentially made no effort to show any appreciation for my repeat business. I won’t be coming here again after this very lame experience. More
Took over a month and numerous calls to get them to send me my spare key. Told them I was exempt from the tax and they said I wasn't; DMV sent me back to them to get the taxes I paid. The were so slow to get the paperwork submitted that the vehicle I traded in sold to someone else which took it down the Sunpass lane in Florida and I received the ticket in the mail and ended up having to pay $7 because I could not get the dealership to help me prove the vehicle was not mine at the time; this happened 4 months after I traded the vehicle. I purchase my vehicle from them 1/1/2020. It is now 3/1/2021 and I have been trying for 2 months to get someone to return my call so I can cancel the maintenance plan; I moved and it is too inconvenient to take it to a dealer. I first left a message on the head of finance department's voicemail for a call back and never received a return call. I then asked for someone that could help me cancel my maintenance plan and they put me through to another individual; I got their voicemail, left a message and still have not received a return call. A little over a week ago I emailed the General Manager to let him know I was having problems again and again, I have not heard back from him. I am 55 years old and have bought a lot of vehicles throughout my life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. They will be happy to sell you a car, but it is the after sales costumer service that is terrible. I would steer clear of this dealership. More
