He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest, but most importantly he cares about his customers. My pilot is 10 months old now and performs perfectly. I love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. I have previously owned an Oddessy and currently an Accord and look forward to going back to Armando to buy another Honda in the near future. I have also had oil changes,tire rotations, and a recall handled seamlessly from the service department. Sarah, has a big heart for her customers and conscienous about her work. All three service visits I have been very well taking care of in a timely manner and always exceeding my expectations! Kevin, thank you for staying a few extra minutes to make sure I got my car when stuck in construction traffic. It’s the little things that make big differences.😀 Beyond the excellent sales and service departments is Eric, the general manager, who does whatever it takes to make Hennessy the absolute BEST it can be! Rip off repair Out passenger mirror got smashed but the casing looked fine. Took it to Hennesy and they said they would have to replace the whole unit for $825. They got the mirror fixed as good as new for $76! A Honda part as well. Not impressed with HH as they even had a technician look at it and I specifically asked if they could do the mirror only. Blatantly dishonest if you ask me. More
DO NOT purchase a car from these people. They took me for 3K on price. Did not know the vehicle AT ALL. Was there for 4-5 hours and they did not clean the car. They wet the price sticker and They took me for 3K on price. Did not know the vehicle AT ALL. Was there for 4-5 hours and they did not clean the car. They wet the price sticker and ran the window up and down till it came off leaving the glue in door trim and inside door. They forced me to take the car off the lot because they didn't want to be "responsible" for it even though it had been there previously and was used for test drives several times. THEY KNEW THEY RIPPED ME OFF, and was hoping I would keep it through 3 day lemon law period. No veterans discount. No extras. I won't even go back for my "free" oil change. (other local dealers will do this for life of car, not just one) They do not have a body shop, and I will not go there for service because they have taken their profit already. Go here, get quote, then go to Carland or any other dealer and be amazed by the price! We need negative stars here. More
Pushy and rude service people I spent my morning at this dealership for a simple airbag recall. The service person I dealt tried to sell me on an alignment multiple times. After saying that I would take my vehicle to get a second opinion, she said, “ that won’t fix the problem.” When I asked her if the tires had too much camber or were “toed in”, all she could show me was a sheet of paper that showed red “x’s” next to each tire with no specifications about the alignment. She then left me alone for about an hour. During that hour, I overheard her talking to a sweet elderly lady telling her that if she buys rubberized floor mats for her vehicle, the mats will help prevent pollen. This is such a blatant lie! I also heard her telling another customer, who has a CTV, that her automatic transmission fluid needs to be changed and that it’s very dirty. A different service lady told another customer that her car was leaking but they couldn’t tell what the leak was or where it was coming from. Once the hour was up, the original sales lady tried to push the rubberized floor mat sales pitch on me without even seeing that I already have rubberized floor mats. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and will NEVER go back to a dealership, for service or any other reason, who only cares about making money instead of actually educating their customers about what’s wrong with their cars. More

He is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional and not pushy or overbearing in any way. He was an absolute pleausure to work with and I would highly recommend this dealership and Armando to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Additionally, the 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 I leased was a great choice and I've been very pleased with the vehicle. More
