My experience at Hennessey Honda was just fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson...Tammy Odom was wonderful! My husband and I had found the car in your lot on a Sunday & I called th couldn't have asked for a better salesperson...Tammy Odom was wonderful! My husband and I had found the car in your lot on a Sunday & I called the next day & arranged a test drive with Tammy...I made the appt during my lunch hour and she was ready for me when I walked in the door. I told her I couldn't get back in until Saturday morning as I wanted my husband with me and we made an appt for 9:30am. She was ready for us when we arrived with the car spotless & gassed up...all we had to do was the trade in and paperwork. Things went so quickly & with such ease that I didn't even realize we were done when she handed us over to Mike Kavanaugh for the financing...this man has the utmost patience as dealing with my husband (during car purchases) is not easy!! Again, everything was smooth and we were out the door in a short amount of time! This is the first Honda that I've ever purchased and I will highly recommend Tammy, Mike & Hennessey Honda to my friends and family..in fact, I am now carrying Tammy's business cards with me!! More

Our appointment was on the day that the tornado hit Adairsville. Tom was not able to make it to work. Jean Charles met with us in a seamless transition. Everything was in order even though Tom was not there. Jean Charles went through all the features on the new car to make sure we were happy with it. We were offered a very fair price for our trade-in. Scott Thompson reviewed our financial options and provided one of the best explanations of the warranties that are available. After the sale, Jean spent almost another hour training us on the navigation system.
