Even after the first attempt to purchase two new 2011 CRVs fell through due to finances, Hennessy never gave up on me and I now have a his and her 2012 CRV purchased at a reasonable price. Thank you to Fred Roberts for not only his patience, but his demeanor when we returned. He never was a bother, but kept in touch throughout. No other dealers from Honda to Kia dealt as well with an individual who wanted what he wanted below MSRP. Should Hennessy Service show the same customer service as I received from sales, I may be recommending them as well in the near future.
