We landed at Hennessey because they came back with the lowest price via the Internet. They offerred a very fair price for the new car and trade in and I didn't have to negotiate much at all - no other dealer could match their manner. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I already had the price, color and model agreed upon over the phone. When I arrived the car was clean and ready (all we had to do was spend a few minutes with Billy in financial and we were done). Stacey Finelli and Dean Donald treated us with the utmost respect and enthusiasm. They are both very knowledgeable about their product and the outlook of the industry. I will certainly recommend these two individuals to my friends when they are looking for any new vehicle. More
I had excellent customer service with both Tammy and Mike. I made an offer online and received a return email the same day. It was worth the drive from Atlanta. I was given a good price for both cars and didn't even need to haggle. I chose the Accord and have been extremely happy. Even with Mike helping other customers at the same time, I was in and out of the dealership in under 4 hours on a Saturday. Tammy and Mike were both very courteous and didn't pressure me to buy, even though I was ready to buy that same day. I keep my cars for a long time, but I will be back at Hennessy when I'm ready for the next Honda! More

It was like being a kid in a candy store with any request and selection being granted. Don pointed out the merits of a warranty package that I previously had made up my mind to not accept which I purchased, I believe it will suit ory needs perfectly. Had it not been for Stacey and Tammy I probably wouldn't have driven all the way from Chattanooga but the information they provided was invaluable. I was asked by my sister to find her the best price on a 2011 Accord CrossTour. I, in turn, generated a request through another web site for a best price quote on the specific vehicle we were looking for. 2011 Accord CrossTour. With the exception of one local dealer, this simply generated a series of emails and ignored phone calls asking me to come in to "talk about it." Once made aware that I was not going to be sold but was going to buy from the dealership that gave me the best price, Stacie at Hennessy was great to work with. Stacie provided me with a very good price. Two prices actually as there was an option that we were undecided about. When we came into the dealership, Mike was prepped and ready to help us decide. Once done, the price Stacie quoted is the base price we used for the deal. This required no-haggling and that was a relief. The purchase itself could have gone smoother for two reasons. The first of these is that i feel like they gave us a low-ball price on the trade in. he came in 33% below what we were estimating the value based on web research (www.kbb.com.) That is why i gave a 4 on price. Finally, while the financing was secured outside the dealership making it such that we were simply writing a check for the purchase, we still had to wait almost an hour for the "finance," man to type up the contract. This should not have been and is the reason for the 4 in customer service. All in all, a good experience! Close to great but not quite there yet! More
