Stacey, The only thing that would make me happy would be a reimburssiment of the $120 service fee for the minimal word that the service department did to tell me that I needed a new tranny. All they did was plug a handheld device into my van and read a code - ANY auto shop does THAT at no charge. I already knew what the code was, but I thought that your service department would actually do more then that to determine that it wasn't a sensor or something. But they took the CHEAP and EASY way out, and made a decision based on a code reading and then charged me for a FULL dianostic check. BTW - YOU replaced that tranny at roughly 60K miles ago. It took all of 2 minutes to tell me that I needed a new tranny, and that you would charge me $2900. Ed, your service guy, even agreed with me that a tranny should last longer then that, but still insisted on charging me $120. If you are willing to do "the right thing" and credit my $120, then you can call me at 404-372-4222. If not, then I will continue my quest of informing Towne Lake of your Service. Regards, Jules Fijux PS - The first case was due to you folks not supplying me with my radio code WHEN I bought that van from you a year prior to me needing it. The Service Department was going to charge ME $80 to get that code, and the Used Dealer Salesman was NO HELP. I bought the van from YOU. I guess "Buyer Beware" BTW - I ended up by pulling the radio myself and getting the code in about 10-minutes.

Hi Allie, I had our Parts manager order your new AC unit! It is coming from out of state so I am hoping Wed but it may not get here until Thurs of Friday. I will email you the minute it arrives as most of our deliveries are in the morning. You can bring you car in the day it gets here if you want to. I also want to thank you for changing your review. There is a place to change it from unsatisfactory to satisfactory so if you can do that too, it would really help me out. You can call or email me anytime if you have any questions.
