My aunt took her 2025 Honda in for a check engine light on. They diagnosed the car with it having bad gas and it wasn’t covered under warranty. I’m a mechanic by trade and already scanned the vehicle for two lean codes, uo401-68 com code and traction with a hard pedal. We removed the vehicle from there immediately and took it to a Honda dealership in Marrietta where they found a loose air box which would explain lean indication and the check engine light turned off on its own. Keeping in mind the vehicle was driven to both places with no drive ability inefficiency. Car drove great other then check engine light. When I told the new adjuster what these geniuses claimed to be the issue with bad gas??? He literally gasped and told me no nosing his head. The deceit is worrying because who knows how many other vulnerable people fall for this . This dealership has to do better and monitor your techs a little better. That’s the service and shop foreman’s job…… great job. We will not be coming back ever so thank you for the lesson. More

We were very excited to get a car originally from this dealership they were super nice during the sale of the 2023 Honda civic . Unfortunately , there was a total loss of the vehicle due to a recalled ste dealership they were super nice during the sale of the 2023 Honda civic . Unfortunately , there was a total loss of the vehicle due to a recalled steering issue . I contacted America Honda getting nowhere so attempted to reach out to this dealership to resolve the issue . Hennessy Honda said contact American Honda “the manufacture” they would handle the issue and which we went back and forth for over a month and a half getting nowhere . The insurance company did a claim so since the car was “totaled” the manufacturer will not check the “recalled component” to see if the defective part was the factor in the total loss. America Honda handed me off to the insurance company stating it was their responsibility to check the recalled component . My insurance company said they have never heard of such a thing … the insurance company said it is American Hondas responsibility to get it looked at and taken care of. We simply just wanted America Honda the manufacturer to do the right thing . Now we are without over 13 thousand dollars on top of that we no longer have a vehicle. “The manufacturer” got their money … close to 4000 is still owed and the insurance company covered 19000 More
WE bought a new 2025 Honda CRV EXL our salesperson BUd was very good. He didn't try to push extra packages on us. WE told him what we wanted and he delivered. No not next week today? I can't go fight to get you a deal when you're not ready to buy a car. If I can work it out can you be here by 8 o'clock today or tomorrow? Plus they tried adding $2000 worth of junk. Tint, wax and mud flaps. Absolutely they worst experience from a business in a long time. Sad how they way people do business has just gotten so bad. More
This dealership is a complete scam. Stay away! We bought our Odyssey from the Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and they sold us a "comprehensive extended warranty" for thousands of dollars Stay away! We bought our Odyssey from the Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and they sold us a "comprehensive extended warranty" for thousands of dollars. Well, we took the car when it needed parts repair - gas tank gasket leak. They told us a rodent chewed a hose and thus it is not eligible for warranty coverage. Quoted us $2060 for that repaid and another $1,300 for other "services". We were wondering how it's possible to have a rodent damage when the car is used daily and stored in a safe place. We took the car to an independent Honda shop and they showed us (and took photos) that there is no evidence of anything chewing the hose and the issue is truly parts failure (and is covered by our warranty). The rest of the "services" they quoted were also exaggerated and not need at our mileage. Stay away from this greedy and deceitful business. They are a fraud. More
