Had been a customer of Hennessy Honda for 5 years but have had awful experiences recently. A few weeks ago I scheduled a test drive. I arrived and received awful customer service, sitting for 30 minutes have had awful experiences recently. A few weeks ago I scheduled a test drive. I arrived and received awful customer service, sitting for 30 minutes without being seen. It seems odd that a loyal customer who is willing to purchase a new vehicle is such a low priority. I also recently had a van door fixed by the service department. After being charged $3,000, the door was still not working properly so it was brought back in. I was told the latch was not working and we would have to pay more. They are either ignorant and unqualified or deceptive and dishonest, both of which are reason enough to avoid using Hennessy. They routinely suggest repairs that are not necessary and customer service has declined consistently over the past few years. More
I purchased a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline from salesman Paul John. He was extremely easy to work with and very thorough explaining basic operation of this vehicle. I took my Accord to get serviced for an oil change and alignment. I told the guy who was working on my ticket, make sure the alignment is done right whatever that looks like, test driving or what have you alignment. I figured maybe this would ring a bell and tell him I’ll be coming back if anything is wrong for sure. I am a person who values time over money and obviously Hennessy Honda does not care about your time as my alignment is still off. I’ve gone to countless dealerships Krause family Ford included to get an alignment, every time I go in it’s never right. This brings me to the conclusion I am just a sale and to get me in and get me out. Gone are the days that somebody takes pride in their work and actually cares about what the customer gets back. No matter what I do I always have to bring my car back to get the alignment redone. I worked in the industry 10 years working on writing service and vehicles and I can tell you over the years the quality in workers has gone down. I’m sure I’ll get a call with an apology and promises of it being right but, you can’t give me my time back ever. I tell the person reading this go to a different place as your just a number at these dealerships. More

I've been coming to this dealership for a service for over 11 years, and have been quite satisfied until November last year. I did not realize that I had a service after 75k last April and agreed to a fe over 11 years, and have been quite satisfied until November last year. I did not realize that I had a service after 75k last April and agreed to a few months later. They should have that in their system though and tell me! I paid well over $500 twice. More
