We shopped for our 2012 Honda Accord and test drove the model we wanted with Tom Wisdom the sales rep. Tom was very cordial and low key and pointed out the many changes in the Accord from our 2003 model we model we wanted with Tom Wisdom the sales rep. Tom gave us a work up on the price of the car and the features we wanted and placed no pressure to buy quickly. Arriving at home we went to the Internet, and as USAA members, visited their site buying service and received three "certified" dealer offers one of which was Hennesey and the price was slightly lower. When I called to speak with Tom Wisdom he was off but spoke with Stacey Finelli (Internet Director)and she answered my question as to pricing and assured me that she and Tom worked as a "team". We placed our order as the color we wanted was not in stock but was in transit and about eight days later took receipt of our car. The buying experience was GREAT and Tom and Stacey truly work as a team which was an interesting and pleasant experience. More

This is my third time buying a vehicle at Hennessy Honda and my experience was excellent. Tammy contacted me because my CRV lease was coming to an end. Had a really great experience with Bob Newsome in leasing my new Fit. The car was gassed up and ready to go for me as promised. Signing the paperwork took about 30 minutes. Their level of honesty and customer service was a major change in comparison to the overzealous sales driven mentality that alienated me from working with several other dealership I spoke to or visited. I would certainly recommend visiting or contacting them if you are in the need to purchase a Honda. Even their ‘after the sale’ attitude was friendly and appreciative of my business instead of just taking me for granted as just another person who bought a Honda. It’s nice to know that some dealerships are actually interested in you buying a car versus just making a sale. More

Bob was a great help and did everything he said he would on the deal. He was friendly from the beginning and helped us through all the paperwork up front so our time at the dealer was minimal. Don helped us out with the financing and kept the conversation relaxed and friendly. Don was very accomodating with two of our daughters and had them coloring while we signed the paperwork. Overall, it couldnt have went better and was the easiest car purchase we have had. The Pilot is awesome and will be the perfect vehicle for our family. More

Not actually knowing what I wanted, Bob was extremely patient while I asked him about a million questions. I took up a great deal of his time but he never pressured me to make a decision. The sale was concluded that evening and Bob made a follow-up phone call to me the next day to see if I had any additional questions or concerns.
