Great Service, As Always I had a very good experience. I was informed that I needed a new battery. The advisor seemed surprised when I said that I had gotten one just over 2 I had a very good experience. I was informed that I needed a new battery. The advisor seemed surprised when I said that I had gotten one just over 2 years ago -- he asked me where. Well, your dealership is the only place I bring my car and I guess he didn't check my history before talking to me. The dealership was very busy that morning and I can understand if he didn't have the time to check. Not a big deal. I like the point inspection that is done with every service. I get the carbon and my only issue is that I can't read it very well. And I DO read it. :-) More

Scam on wiper blades The service department accused me of lying when I said I had never replaced my wiper blades on my five year old Honda CRV. They refused to replace the The service department accused me of lying when I said I had never replaced my wiper blades on my five year old Honda CRV. They refused to replace the worn out blades and insisted that I had replaced them with Walmart brand or similar. I repeatedly told the woman that the wiper blades had never been replaced and I bought my car new. They just wanted to charge a high price for new blades. The service department has gone downhill in the past year. I will go elsewhere for my upcoming major service that is due on my Honda. More

He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest, but most importantly he cares about his customers. My pilot is 10 months old now and performs perfectly. I love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. I have previously owned an Oddessy and currently an Accord and look forward to going back to Armando to buy another Honda in the near future. I have also had oil changes,tire rotations, and a recall handled seamlessly from the service department. Sarah, has a big heart for her customers and conscienous about her work. All three service visits I have been very well taking care of in a timely manner and always exceeding my expectations! Kevin, thank you for staying a few extra minutes to make sure I got my car when stuck in construction traffic. It’s the little things that make big differences.😀 Beyond the excellent sales and service departments is Eric, the general manager, who does whatever it takes to make Hennessy the absolute BEST it can be! Rip off repair Out passenger mirror got smashed but the casing looked fine. Took it to Hennesy and they said they would have to replace the whole unit for $825. I to Out passenger mirror got smashed but the casing looked fine. Took it to Hennesy and they said they would have to replace the whole unit for $825. I took it to a local panel beater. They got the mirror fixed as good as new for $76! A Honda part as well. Not impressed with HH as they even had a technician look at it and I specifically asked if they could do the mirror only. Blatantly dishonest if you ask me. More
