To my surprise, my sales representative Mike Harris greeted me. We briefly exchanged pleasantries, when I decided to "test his product knowledge". I'm very pleased to note that he reconfirmed why I love Lexus! Their engineering pursuit to "master performance & reliability" is by far the best in the automotive industry!
