Almost 8 weeks (7 weeks and 4 days, to be exact) since selling my car to Henry Curtis Ford and still have not received the payment. We were told “a week or two” for the check to come through after THEY em selling my car to Henry Curtis Ford and still have not received the payment. We were told “a week or two” for the check to come through after THEY emailed and called to ASK US to sell them back our lease before the end of term. We’ve made call after call to the dealership and to Ford national with no resolution. Just vague “trust us, just a little longer” statements and internal run around. Is this theft? Fraud at the very least? Suggestions on where to go from here are appreciated. I’m over waiting and being patient. After buying at least 3 cars from them, and more in my immediate family, I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. More
Henry Curtis Ford has been great from "Day 1" ! My wife and I bought our 2000 Ford Excursion SUV new, from Henry Curtis Ford. It has served us well, for the past 19 years. Including SEVERAL 8000 m My wife and I bought our 2000 Ford Excursion SUV new, from Henry Curtis Ford. It has served us well, for the past 19 years. Including SEVERAL 8000 mile trips around America, towing a 26' Travel trailer. HENRY CURTIS FORD, has also served us well, for 19 years! Over 194,000 miles, the Excursion has only needed a couple of repairs! Mostly just normal maintenance, oil changes, etc. Phil France (our Service Adviser since day one) and the entire Henry Curtis sales, service and parts department team has ALWAYS been more than fair! EXAMPLE; Last summer the transmission had abnormal shifting, for 2 days. I dropped it off at Henry Curtis Ford, expecting @ 183,000 miles, including 30,000 towing miles, the transmission was shot. I dropped it off, fully expecting a $4000, or so, transmission replacement. After a day, Phill France, telephoned advising that the transmission was shifting normally(they could not duplicate the problem). We agreed they would test drive it a couple more days, which they did with the transmission operating correctly. I picked the Excursion up, expecting a labor charge, but it was "No Charge". The problem has NOT reoccurred, since last summer! How many repair shops would turn down a BIG job, in the name of "Honesty"? Last week our Ford received brake and axle work, done right at a fair price!! Henry Curtis Ford has earned my highest recommendation! More
Headlight and recall service problem handled I had an issue with the service department. I was extremely upset. They came through and did take care of my issue. Unorganized dishonest Brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. Got a call later saying the work is done but there is a 100 bill. Also made an appointment that they could not find and it took over an hour just for them to find my vehicle in there system. bought the car at that dealership and they finally figured out they put my car under the wrong name.. random person on my file.. really... PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. There are better dealerships. I will not bring my car back to this location. Makes me never want to own a Ford again. More

I had been very busy with work as t Went online a few months ago to look at the new Escape as I was getting ready to trade in my 10 year old minivan. I had been very busy with work as tax season is my busy time. I went down to Petaluma to meet with a client and figured since I was around the corner I would go in and see the Escape I had been eyeing for a few months. Of course I pick the busiest time of year and go in at Memorial weekend, but lucky for me I was met by Seth Allen who helped me with my purchase. Seth is the fleet manager and doesn't normally work weekends but was there for the big sale and I'm glad he was. I told Seth I wasn't planning to buy a car yet but needed to get some more info. Seth was low pressure, very knowledgeable and let me take the Escape on a long test drive. He was able to show me how everything worked and I asked him to show me numbers so I could think about it. Being the fleet manager Seth gave me an amazing deal, better than I thought I would get and gave me a great deal on my trade. I decided to buy the car then and there and Seth got me in and out quicker than any other time I've bought a car. He even helped me move all my stuff from the old car to the new car because I wasn't thinking I would buy today so I had a lot of stuff. Seth was very helpful, nice and not your standard car guy. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Seth. Hopefully when I need my next car in ten years I will be able to work with Seth again. More
