Raymond in service helped me out when I was locked out of my car. He walked me through how to manually get in it and then worked with me to arrange getting a new battery. I live in the seacoast area of NH my car. He walked me through how to manually get in it and then worked with me to arrange getting a new battery. Slow service communication, and incomplete work. Our stelvio went in for a simple battery replacement, but it took the service department a week to diagnose. When we did get the car back, the entire Our stelvio went in for a simple battery replacement, but it took the service department a week to diagnose. When we did get the car back, the entire interior was not put back together from their diagnosis work. Battery was not replaced, but simply just charged and "good to go". More
