I've bought three of my last five Cadillacs from Herb Chambers and must say that they continue to refine their process and strive to excel. Each purchase has been better than the prior one. He goes the extra mile and then some and is thoroughly engrossed and informative with all of the technologies built into each Cadillac. No one comes close to what George knows ( in my experience ). Neil Ferreira ( Sales Manager ) is fair, courteous, open to suggestions,knows how to get things done and listens to his customers. Debra Gleavey ( Finance ) takes all the number-crunching ugliness out of the final contract process and makes it fun with her open, amenable & humerous personality. All in all, quite a remarkable team of business professionals. More
